Imagine if I told you that you have to eat only ghee and walk around a garden every morning. I don't know about you but I don't like the idea. Meet Anshu who does this for some weeks. She has joined Shanthamaaya spa for Ayurvedic treatment. She has come here to relax and detoxify herself. But she is in for a surprise.
The surprise is that Anshu ex-husband Jay is also here with his wife. Anshu thinks she was done with Jay. But after seeing all of a sudden it is clear that she still has a feeling for him. One will think that both Anshu and will come back together but that is not the case.
There are other characters in the spa whose lives are given. There is a Dr Menon whom the people in the spa have to meet and talk about how their Aryuvedic treatment is going on. Life is difficult at the spa like leeches are put on your body to detoxify. Also, you have to abstain from intercourse. But Anshu and Jay defy this rule.
This book has drama in it. The writing style is such that everyone can understand it. I found the ending a bit tragic and it is not that Jay and Anshu don't get together. overall I would give the book 5 out of 10. My next book review is" I would tell you I love you, but then I would have to kill you." the title looks interesting.
